LOVE SONG TO LAVENDER MENACE returns to the main stage of Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh from 9 -12 October 2019.
I'm a playwright, screenwriter & dramaturg based in Edinburgh. I’m currently developing work for theatre, film and television. I’m best known for my stage play LOVE SONG TO LAVENDER MENACE, which premiered at Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh in 2017 and the original production directed by Ros Philips, was part of the Made in Scotland Showcase in 2018 and has toured internationally including a run off-Broadway at SoHo Playhouse, NYC.
I recently wrote the text for EMMA AND GILL, created by Gill Robertson, Maria Oller and Emma McCaffrey. for Catherine Wheels Theatre Company and Lung Ha Theatre Company.
Previous plays include I HEART MATHS for Oran Mor, SPAIN for Glasgay and UP for the The Vault, Edinburgh Fringe. All my plays are published by Oberon Books.
My first feature LOVE SONG TO LAVENDER MENACE is in development, produced by Compact Pictures, funded by the Scottish Film Talent Network.
