LOVE SONG TO LAVENDER MENACE
Following a sell-out run at the Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh last year, my hit comedy play LOVE SONG TO LAVENDER MENACE is back throughout August at SUMMERHALL for Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and part of the Made in Scotland Showcase.
Join nostalgic bookseller Lewis and party-boy Glen, in this funny, celebratory play about Scotland's radical, lesbian, gay and feminist bookshop that began in the cloakroom of Scotland's first gay nightclub and became the beating heart of Edinburgh's LGBT+ community.
Hello, I'm a playwright and screenwriter living and working in Edinburgh. My previous plays include I Heart Maths for Oran Mor, Spain for Glasgay and Up for the Fringe. All my plays are published by Oberon Books. I'm a founder member and producer of the Village Pub Theatre, a theatre company based in Leith that produces new short plays. You can read more about my work on the Playwrights' Studio Scotland playwright database.
